Tuesday
After another wonderful breakfast, Kim and your group will board a private transfer boat to the medieval Island of Korcula. About an 80 min ride across the Aegean. This picturesque little Island, located on a small peninsula, and surrounded by city walls and towers is often compared to Dubrovnik. While arriving at Korčula from the sea, we will enjoy the best perspective of this city, known for its timeless beauty and its connection to a famous medieval explorer and world traveler – Marco Polo. It is believed that Polo was born right here in Korčula (as the family name DePolo is usual on the island). You are welcome to visit a museum located in the building that’s believed to be his birth house. Today we know that this house was built in the 17th century, but locals say that it is built on the ruins of his old house. Nevertheless, this is a must see location in Korčula as it also offers a wonderful view of the city. Korčula’s old town has the most interesting layout. Built in the shape of a fish bone – with one main street that goes from north to south and many small ones that join it vertically. This design offers good aeration and also protects the town from strong winds. While walking the old town we suggest you pay a visit to St Marcos cathedral with the altar piece painting ‘Three Saints’ painted by the Venetian artist Tintoretto. You can also climb the bell tower for a stunning view. Besides the cathedral, the Town Museum and Abbey Treasury are located on the main city square. Modern art lovers can visit the Memorial Collection of Maksimilijan Vanka. If you are more into romantic walks, an impressive 101 steps long promenade leading up to the church of St Anthony on a nearby hill would be our suggestion for you. While walking the streets of Korčula, this unique and unforgettable little town, you will immediately feel its charm: palm trees located next to the sea, massive stone walls that offer the most romantic views and where best cocktails are served, cobbled streets, beautiful Renaissance houses and churches, chic and charming shops and boutiques – Korčula has it all. The rich history combined with the beautiful nature, colorful gastronomy and warm and welcoming people is this town’s formula of success. And this is why we assure you; you will be thrilled with your visit to this island.
We will return to the Villa for cocktails and homemade gourmet hors d’oeurves and then, of course, our famous multicourse gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Walter and his two lovely assistants.
Wednesday
Today will be a relaxing day at the Villa. Sun and fun is the only requirement for today. A wonderful breakfast, homemade lunch on the Veranda, pre-dinner cocktails and canapes and our famous multicourse dinner prepared by Chef Walter and his two lovely assistants will be served.
Thursday
This will be another fun day taking our private boat to the town of Hvar on the island of Hvar. Kim will accompany you, via our private boat, to Hvar Town. Located on the southern coast of Hvar Island in Croatia, this town is one of the most popular and picturesque destinations in the Adriatic. Known for its historic charm, and crystal-clear waters, Hvar blends rich history with modern luxury. The town features beautifully preserved medieval architecture, including the Fortica Fortress, which offers stunning panoramic views, and the Cathedral of St. Stephen, located in one of Croatia’s largest and most scenic town squares. Hvar is famous for its lively summer atmosphere, attracting yacht-goers, celebrities, and travelers seeking both relaxation and excitement. The waterfront promenade is lined with trendy cafes, seafood restaurants, and cocktail bars, and lots of shopping!
After a full day we will return to the Villa for cocktails and homemade gourmet hors d’oeurves and then, of course, our famous multicourse gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Walter and his two lovely assistants.
Friday
Another beautiful day. After breakfast, Kim will, again, accompany you to the town of Bol on the island of Brac via our private boat. Bol, a charming coastal town is best known for Zlatni Rat Beach, one of the most iconic and stunning beaches in the Adriatic. This golden, horn shaped beach extends into the turquoise sea, constantly shifting shape due to wind and currents. Bol offers a perfect mix of natural beauty, history and adventure, making it a top destination for travelers. The town itself is a blend of traditional Dalmatian stone houses, lively waterfront cafes, and local seafood restaurants, creating an inviting Mediterranean atmosphere. After visiting a wonderful winery and lunch, we will spend a few hours on the famous beach.
Another full day, we will return to the Villa for cocktails and homemade gourmet hors d’oeurves and then, of course, our famous multicourse gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Walter and his two lovely assistants.

Your Villa for the week is an impressive villa built of Brac stone (the same stone as the US White House). The villa has been fully refurbished to a very high standard complete with divine new beds, large French doors, stone floors, antique fireplace, Juliette balconies, stone bathrooms with Phillip Starke white ware, and a new kitchen from Italy making it one of the most desirable luxury villas on the Dalmatian Coast.
This is a gorgeous luxury villa on the island of Brac, one of the most enchanting destinations along the Split Riviera of Croatia. Situated in a protected bay in the southeast region, the villa enjoys sublime views of the Adriatic Sea and Dalmatian Islands. It was constructed of the same gorgeous stone used for Diocletian’s Palace and the White House, and evokes an exquisite balance of rustic naturalism and refined elegance in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Ample alfresco spaces invite you to enchanting days in the Adriatic light and breeze, while the exquisite interiors are outfitted with elegant furnishings, gallery-worthy artwork, and top-shelf amenities.
The villa is entered through the middle level where you will find the entertainment room with many games including table tennis. There are three terraces on this level.
The top floor of the villa has a sitting area as well as two terraces. All three levels are reached by an architectural internal staircase.
The kitchen and dining room are on this level as well as a sitting room complete with an antique stone fireplace. The whole ground floor has bi-fold doors that are pushed back giving the villa an indoor/outdoor feel.
Outdoor terraces give plenty of space for relaxing and alfresco dining with a variety of outdoor furniture. From this level there are 5 steps to another set of terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi hot tub and another with a hammock and a large daybed with cushions galore. There are a number of sun loungers to be found also.
From here you stroll into the Adriatic Sea, there are steps right into the crystal water. Two kayaks are available for your use – another great way to see the local bays.
Certain serenity can be found at Villa Rosemarine due to the fact that it is built on a headland with pine trees and wild rosemary growing throughout the garden providing privacy and shade. The villa sits in a quiet bay that has the occasional fishing boat or a passing pleasure boat.
We want you to have a great stay, so, with all attention to detail, we’ve prepared the villa with everything you need in order to give you that home from home feeling. We’d specifically like to mention the hand selected bedding, soft towels and handmade soaps.
There’s plenty of space to spread around. As well as the main lounge, there’s a sea-view balcony with a sofa, coffee tables on the terrace and sun-loungers down by the water. Find yourself a comfortable place and enjoy it with friends, or find a quiet zone to call your own!
The Villa has four ensuite bedrooms with king size beds for the perfect group size of eight!!
