In this relaxed and informative French Cooking Adventure, Le Cordon Bleu-Paris Alum Chef Walter Eagleton will bring out the best in everyone as he guides you in learning how to: make bread, create delicious sorbets, use safe knife skills, simmer fantastic soups, plate artistically, give your soufflés a rise and plan a menu that is sure to impress your next dinner guests. You will leave prepared with original recipes from Chef Walter’s own collection.

Formally trained in the art of French cooking, and with a strong background in the creative and visual arts, Chef Walter’s style can best be described as “gastronomic bistro”. Having completed a “Diplome de Cuisine” at the famed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Paris, as well as the highly rated Walnut Grove Cookery School in France’s Loire Valley, Walter relies on his French training and techniques to assure top quality, but remembers his Texas roots and always cooks from the heart!
