Gobinde is your guide to a fun filled week of yoga food and wine! She loves to help you to discover how yoga can transform not only your body, but how you relate to the world around you.  Through her teaching, Gobinde helps you to breakthrough past trauma in the body to find deep and lasting healing by using yoga in the form of asana, breath work, guided meditation, energy work, laughter, music, chanting, massage and food. She has been developing this unique blend  of yoga techniques to make yoga accessible to all bodies for the past 13 years, and continuously is learning more. Daily Practice (sadhana) is where self change begins. Just start by truly breathing deep, that is life!  Gobinde will teach you how to start the daily practices of meditation, Asana and magical yoga Nidra (aka pajama Nidra) deep yogic sleep.

Together, Gobinde has 20 years of massage therapy and yoga experience and will not only be teaching self care massage but offering a few intuitive massage appointments. This, she believes is a great way to truly retreat.
