This retreat was an amazing experience.  Marybeth and Niki were so thoughtful and detail oriented about every aspect of the retreat.  I felt cared for and comfortable.  I also felt free to choose to participate as much as I wanted with the group, or to spend time doing my own thing.  I can’t wait to return next year!”

Marybeth will offer optional pre and post trip hotel recommendations and group activities in Paris….including a group celebration on Friday night in Paris that you won’t want to miss!

Marybeth is one of those extraordinary individuals who truly cares and connects with anyone who is open. She embodies the essence of Nia in her classes and her life. Her Nia classes are full of fun and joy for sure, but she also guides us to expand our body, mind, emotions, and spirit in ways we have not experienced before. Allow yourself to commit to her classes and open to her nurturing ways…she will help you re-discover the treasures inside yourself!      Heather U.

This retreat is facilitated by Marybeth Grinnan, Nia Black Belt Instructor, and Niki Schemmel, Nia Black Belt and RYT 200 Yoga Instructor.
