After Breakfast at the Villa, we will begin our week by photographing in the lavender fields next to our Villa with Laurie. We will enjoy lunch on the terrace at the Villa prepared by AGA and then go on to photograph Caseneuve a nearby Hilltop Town and the surrounding area with Laurie. The village sits peacefully on a small hill surrounded by beautiful countryside. Barely a kilometer from the bustling town of Apt you can enjoy the tranquility of Caseneuve which has lost none of its authentic charm. Caseneuve has an impressive chateau. From the outside you can still admire the somber architecture, the ramparts, the towers and high stone walls bleached white with age. After capturing the images we will return to Villa to Relax and Refresh and enjoy a Soireé with Laurie.  Dinner is presented at the Villa by AGA and chef Walter Eagleton. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner provided by AGA)

Breakfast at Villa, then we leave for Monieux. Monieux clings to the steep hillsides. In the village you will discover beautiful old houses, several of which date back to the middle ages. A 12th century look-out tower dominates Monieux and links the village to its historic past. When we arrive we will be photographing in this Ancient Mountain Village with Laurie. After a Picnic Lunch provided by AGA, we will head to the nearby town of Sault for a visit. Sault is an old fortified village perched along the top of a high ridge overlooking a wide valley, with large lavender fields spread out below to the south and west.  Along with the ancient buildings lining the high ridge are the remains of a huge feudal castle. Then back to the Villa where we will Relax and Refresh and enjoy a Soireé with Laurie. For dinner, we will enjoy a specially prepared meal by AGA and chef Walter. (Breakfast, Picnic Lunch and Dinner provided by AGA)

After breakfast at the Villa, we will travel a short distance to photograph at the Pont Julien Roman Bridge. We will have lunch at a restaurant in nearby Bonnieux* and then have time to discover this Hilltop Town (Famous for filming of “A Good Year” with Russell Crowe). Built on a plateau above the valley, Bonnieux is one of the finest villages in the area. The houses spread out on the hill-side form a striking harmony of earth-toned colors and shapes. Some superb residences dating back to the 16th, 17th, and 18th century serve as a reminder that Bonnieux was a wealthy village when this region, the Comtat Venaissin, belonged to the Popes. Back to the Villa to Relax and Refresh and enjoy a Soireé with Laurie. Dinner prepared by AGA and chef Walter. (Breakfast and Dinner provided by AGA)

Breakfast at Villa prepared by AGA. After a drive-through visit to Gordes, we will spend time in the beautiful town of Rousillon photographing the Ochre pigmented hills and cliffs with Laurie. We will meet for Lunch at a Restaurant in Rousillon* and then you are free to discover this amazing town full of cobblestone streets and small boutiques. It is considered one of the most impressive villages in France. Situated in the heart of one of the biggest ochre deposits in the world, Roussillon is famous for its magnificent red cliffs and ochre quarries. The red, yellow and brown shades of the earth form a striking contrast with the lush green pine trees. The vivid blue of the Provençal sky and the exceptional quality of light make this a magical site. It is like an artist’s pallet, with the infinite combinations of colors varying from yellow to purple with all the shades of pink and red in between. We will leave Rousillon and head back to the Villa where we will Relax and Refresh and enjoy a Soireé with Laurie.  Dinner at the Villa-AGA and chef Walter. (Breakfast, Dinner provided by AGA)
