We understand that there are many styles of travel adventures. There are cookie-cutter, pre-planned “big bus” tours with a strictly enforced timetable and a cattle herding impersonal tour guide. There are totally self-planned agendas that are self-guided with all the pitfalls of navigating through a foreign land such as unfamiliar driving directions, poor restaurant and hotel choices, unexpected problems and all those headaches! This can be multiplied by being with family and the stress of desiring the “perfect” experience.

And then there is traveling with Artistic Gourmet Adventures.  We pride ourselves on offering something that is a little bit different to other companies with our range of exclusive and unique experiences. We have extensive travel knowledge and have experienced all the WRONG ways to travel. Travel that has left us disappointed, disillusioned and disenchanted with ever leaving our armchairs again!

OUR solution for you is customized Adventures without the custom price!

How are we different? We OWN Artistic Gourmet Adventures. As a family run company, your business is important to us so we go to greater lengths to ensure you have the best possible experience. We are YOUR hosts and guides for the time you are on the Adventure and before and after if desired! No two trips are the same.

We offer:
A tailor-made itinerary to meet your specific needs and your particular tastes and requirements. Daily Adventures to quaint villages, historical sites, the opportunity for shopping or wandering the back streets and alleys of ancient towns. We offer personal, chauffeured and guided encounters in the local community. Just for an example, we can spend a morning with an English-speaking wine expert and a viticulturist who will explain the wines of the region and give us the opportunity to taste these vintages followed by a gourmet lunch in their own underground wine cave! After lunch we can enjoy sailing on the Loire River in an authentic sand barge. Another day, we can wander through the local market or enjoy a gourmet picnic along side the river in an untouched medieval town. How about meeting a local potter and touring his studio? Then come ‘home’, kick off your shoes, open a bottle of wine and enjoy homemade appetizers while taking in the amazing scenery and anticipating your delicious Gourmet Dinner prepared and served by Le Cordon Bleu-Paris Chef Walter Eagleton. All without worrying about any detail!
